Green peas peeling machine team
This machine is specially developed by our researching department according to global market trend, module design, floor stand, line arrange, no special requirement for workshop. Feed via screw conveyor, and bran separated by wind blower, skin and peeled beans are separated completely clean. Grade beans first into big beans and small beans to ensure high peeling performance rate, and improve final output rate. Depending on beans material, 10 main machines can work simultaneously, or 6 main machines can work individually, which avoids design flaw that whole line stops working while one main machine has some problem. Machine hull is made in 304# stainless steel, meeting EU and international food industry standards. Matches bag dust control system to control dust below national standard.
