To ensure the smooth operation of corn processing machinery and to guarantee the safety of staff, certain preparatory tasks must be completed before the equipment is officially put into production. What specific preparatory tasks are required before the corn processing machinery is put into operation?

　　1. Corn processing machinery startup testing, including inspecting the steering mechanism to verify smooth and normal turning in both left and right directions. Check the brakes, interlocking mechanisms, and clutches for sensitivity and reliability, ensuring the clutch disengages completely, gear shifting feels smooth, and instruments operate normally. If any abnormalities are detected, immediately stop operation, identify the cause, and resolve the issue.

　　2. Engine testing of the corn processing machinery: Pay attention to whether the oil pressure gauge, oil temperature gauge, and water temperature gauge are stable within the specified range. Test runs should be conducted in the order of low speed, medium speed, and high speed, with each speed maintained for 15 minutes, 10 minutes, and 5 minutes respectively.

　　3. Test all components of the corn processing machinery. Inspect for loose fasteners, signs of overheating in bearing shells and bearings, and any loosening or wear in belts and chains. While the engine is still warm, drain the lubricating oil from the engine oil pan, transmission, and reduction gears, as well as the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil tank, and thoroughly clean all filters.
