How flour milling machines process wheat bran

Flour milling equipment manufacturers to explain how to deal with the bran, to achieve profit maximisation? Wheat by-products are wheat germ 

and wheat bran, so far, in addition to wheat germ for food, bran is basically used as feed. Today we will give you an explanation of the composition and classification of the bran, as well as its use.

　　 Composition

　　International regulations on fertiliser and feed regulations: wheat in the milling process to separate out the product, containing no more than 4% of 

the plant matter and wheat in the cleaning process, after the treatment of the foot; milling trade collectively referred to as ‘wheat feed’.

　　Classification

　　Bran. Retention of 16W fine wire mesh or slightly finer. Some of the bran after processing to coarse, fine bran sold. Coarse bran due to its shape and

 volume is larger and sold at a higher price; but due to the development of block and granular feed, the requirement for smaller bran increased.

　　② Fine wheat feed. Passes through a 16W fine wire screen. This is a general term for materials of various names.

　　The quality of bran and wheat feed is related to the milling rate, the variety of wheat used for wheat preparation and the amount of cleaned offal 

mixed in. The relevant regulations mentioned above specify the content of foreign vegetable matter, sand, dust and other offal; there are boundaries 

between different grades of wheat feed quality. For example, extra-fine bran fodder contains a high proportion of endosperm, and the remaining, fine 

wheat fodder containing less endosperm is of poorer quality and less quantity. If bran is milled and mixed with fine wheat feed, this affects the quality 

of both products.
