In the process design of flour machinery, some processes can not be ignored no matter what products are processed, today I will talk

1. Raw material cleaning and quality control: ensure the use of clean and unadulterated high-quality raw materials, such as wheat
grain. The quality of raw materials directly affects the quality of the final flour.
2. Crushing process: through the crushing process, the wheat grain is broken into crushed material, which is required to be crushed
well and evenly, with moderate size, without excessive heat and loss.
3. Screening process: through the screening process to screen the crushed material, separated from different particle size of the flour.
Screening process requires good sieving effect, the size of the discharge meets the requirements.
4. Magnetic separation and cleaning process: Remove impurities such as metal, stone, slate and large particles through magnetic

5. Microbiological control: For the production of aseptic and organic flour, appropriate microbiological control measures, such as high
temperature treatment and UV sterilisation, are required to ensure that the flour is hygienic and safe.
6. Storage and packaging: Flour needs to be stored and packaged after production is completed. Storage requires dry, ventilated and
moisture-proof to prevent the flour from getting damp and mouldy. Packaging requires good sealing to avoid oxidation and contamination
and to extend the shelf life of the flour.
