The matching surface of the lower end of the inner and outer mill head of the flour mill is conical, the upper part
of the mill head consists of two centripetal ball bearings as the two main supporting points, the cylinders at the
lower end of the inner and outer mill heads are used as the rotating auxiliary supporting points, and the gap
between the inner and outer mill heads is adjusted by the axial movement of the inner mill head. The ground
grain falls directly from the grinding head clearance to the bottom of the rood through the rood frame, and the
flour and bran (seed coat) are separated by the brush and rood bottom which can adjust the clearance.
It is a flour mill with motor-driven spindle rotating to grind flour, with simple and compact structure, grinding
and sieving in one, and wide applicability of supporting power, which can be driven by electric motor and diesel
engine directly. Production can be continuous feeding type operation, simple and generous structure, low noise,
easy to operate, crushing fine, no dust, suitable for stores, processing shops on-site processing of a variety of grains
and cereals to use.
