Corn dehulling is generally used in wet dehulling, which requires the moisture content of the corn in the machine to reach 16~17%, and the wetting time is about 10 minutes. In addition, we should pay attention to only wetting the lower skin, and there should be no water on the surface of the corn, so as to avoid smothering and affecting the production quality of the corn milling machine.

　　2, running and shutdown. When the corn flour processing equipment is running normally, open the feed insert and control the flow of material in the feed port according to the power load. When running, if any abnormality is found, it should be stopped immediately for inspection to ensure the running quality of the equipment.
