1. Before starting the machine, first check whether the power supply voltage is normal, whether there is a phase loss, and whether the mechanical equipment circuit is normal and in working condition.

2. When the equipment is started, it should be started one by one according to the production sequence and maintained for a certain interval (the second one can be started only after the pointer of the ammeter falls back to the normal current).

3. Start the machine with no load for 10 minutes, check the working condition of the equipment, whether there is any abnormal sound, and confirm that each equipment is normal before feeding production.

4. If there is a standard sample in the quality, it must be produced against the standard sample. If there is no standard sample, the accuracy of the product should be improved as much as possible under the premise of ensuring the quality.

5. During the production process, the operation of the equipment should be checked at any time. Find problems and deal with them in a timely manner and make records.

6. Shutdown: After the material is cut off, the machine can be shut down after all the materials flow out and confirm that there is no residue in the machine. The shutdown sequence is opposite to the startup sequence.

7. The sewage and dust cleaned by wheat go through the fully sealed sewage pipeline, and there are two sedimentation tanks inside. It is necessary to clean the sediment frequently to ensure that the pipeline is smooth and the sewage does not overflow.
