How to adjust the output and fineness of the mill

发布时间:2022-07-08 点击次数:

The mesh number of the pulverizer is inversely proportional to the output. As long as the fineness requirement is high, the output will inevitably be low. This is because the high requirement of fineness means that the speed of the analyzer part is accelerated, and the coarser materials cannot pass through and must be ground again for grinding. In this way, the grinding time of the material inside the pulverizer is prolonged, that is to say, it takes a long time for the finished product to come out per unit time, so the amount is also reduced. In the production process of the mill, the adjustment of air volume and fineness is often carried out. In order to meet the needs of production, it is necessary to master some common sense of pulverizer conditioning. Today, I will share with you several commonly used methods for adjusting the fineness of pulverizers: the diameter of the spacer ring, the size of the spacer ring diameter determines the particles stay in the crushing chamber time. The larger the diameter of the spacer ring, the shorter the particle residence time, the larger the particle size of the pulverized product, and the higher the output, and vice versa; the air volume can be controlled by adjusting the butterfly valve at the outlet of the mill. When the air volume increases, the particle size of the product increases, and vice versa; the slag discharge volume, adjust the size of the slag discharge hole of the slag discharge device to control the slag discharge volume, which can improve the product quality and purity; the gap between the classification impeller and the spacer ring When the gap is reduced, the product becomes thinner; when the gap increases, the product becomes thicker.
