After cleaning, no impurities are allowed. When getting off work, first turn off the switch of the feed port of the raw wheat silo. After the raw wheat is clean, turn off the power switch from top to bottom, and clean up the equipment and the sanitation in the initial cleaning workshop.
2. Clean up and moisten wheat: Check the position of the material pipeline before starting the machine. After the dryer has enough water, first open the fan, upper elevator, upper auger, plane rotary screen, stone remover, lower elevator, and throw Drying machine, after the system is running normally, discharge the material from the wheat silo, the water level of the drying machine is higher than the auger, control the water level well, master the moisture and quality of the moistened wheat, and the clean wheat after moistening is not allowed to have impurities and After the mud and stone, after moistening the clean wheat is dried by the drying machine, the moisture of the wheat should be about 14.5-15%, and it can be stored in the moistening wheat warehouse for 24 hours before entering the grinding process.
3. When getting off work, clean the dryer in time, then turn off the tap water, turn off the power switch from bottom to top, clean up the hygiene in the post and the workshop, and keep it clean
