One, composition

③The sieve of the posterior center mill and the tail mill are mainly ultra-fine bran, cell membrane and aleurone layer, containing endosperm or low-grade flour, depending on the powder extraction rate. International regulations on fertilizers and feeds: the products separated from wheat during the milling process contain no more than 4% plant matter and the processed scraps produced by the wheat during the cleaning process; collectively referred to in the milling trade For "wheat feed."

Two, classification

 ①Bran. Save the 16W fine steel wire screen or slightly finer. Some bran is processed and sold as coarse, medium and fine bran. Crude bran has a higher price due to its larger shape and volume; however, due to the development of lumpy and granular feed, smaller bran is required to increase.

②Fine wheat feed. Pass through a 16W fine steel wire screen. This is a general term for materials with various names.

The quality of the bran and wheat feed is related to the flour extraction rate, the wheat varieties used in the blending and the amount of cleaning off the incorporation. The above-mentioned relevant regulations stipulate the content of foreign plant matter, sand, dust, etc.; there are boundaries between the quality of different grades of wheat feed. For example: extra-fine bran meal feed contains a high proportion of endosperm, and the remaining endosperm-containing feed, fine wheat feed is of poor quality and less quantity. If the bran is ground and mixed with fine wheat feed, it will affect the quality of the two products.
