1. Shorten the pre-treatment time. Compared with the non-peeling process, the peeling and powdering process requires three to five less processes in the classification and powder cleaning process.

2. The time to moisten the corn can be shortened by two to four hours. In other words, the efficiency has been greatly improved.

3. The processed flour after peeling is better in color and quality than before.

4. It can effectively reduce the amount of emetic toxin produced by corn processing, and can better control water regulation.
