Modern powder cleaning machine is a combination of vibration classification, sieving classification and suction. The vibration of the screen surface of the cleaning machine and the suction air flow act on the incoming materials at the same time, so that they can be automatically classified according to different capacities and form different material layers. . After the powder cleaner is processed, the materials are mainly divided into three categories.
------------Under the sieve. Basically pure slag, core, the front sieve is fine and pure, and the rear sieve is coarse and mixed with bran crumbs, which can be sent to different minds and slag mills for grinding.
------------Over the sieve. It is mainly fine bran stained with corn husks and slag cores or mixed with skin milk, which can be sent to the husk mill or tail mill and slag mill respectively;
------------Air current extract, dust or fine bran.
The automatic classification of the powder cleaner is different from the sieving classification of the flat screen. Although the flat screen sieving is carried out according to the automatic classification, because the automatic classification is not completely formed, some fine bran has contacted the sieve holes and has no time to float up. It has passed through the sieve, causing an increase in the amount of fine bran in the flour. In the automatic classification of the powder cleaner, the material just touches the screen surface. Due to the effect of the updraft, the fine bran can be held up so that it cannot pass through the screen.
