In the powder road, a process system composed of equipment for processing similar materials is called a system, and usually multiple processing equipment should be set in a system.

During the milling process, skin milling, heart milling, slag milling and powder cleaning systems are generally set up. The skin mill and the heart demon system are the two basic systems in the milling process, each of which is equipped with a certain number of grinding and screening equipment. The main functions of each system are:

Peel milling system: peel off the corn, scrape off the endosperm on the cortex under the premise of ensuring that the cortex is not excessively broken, and extract many high-quality endosperm grains and a certain amount of flour.

Heart grinding system: Grind the relatively pure endosperm grains provided by each system into flour with a certain degree of fineness, and extract corn bran.

Slag milling system: lightly grind the bran endosperm grains provided by Qianzhong Road to separate the cortex from the endosperm, so as to obtain pure corn heart and send it to the heart for milling.

Powder cleaning system: Purify and classify the corn residue and corn heart extracted from Qianzhong Road, and then send them to the corresponding grinding system for processing.

Flour mixing system: store different flours separately, then match, add and mix according to a certain proportion, and configure them into finished flours for different purposes.
