In order to further reduce the temperature of the grinding roller, the water cooling method of the grinding roller can be considered, that is, water inlet and outlet pipes are set at both ends of the roller shaft, and the cold water flowing through the roller body is used to remove the heat, which can reduce the temperature of the roller body, the bearing and the material .

During the grinding process, the phenomenon of powdery materials adhering to the surface of the grinding roller is called entanglement, which affects the grinding of the material, and when it is severe, the machine body will vibrate. Therefore, the cleaning mechanism of the grinding roller must be kept working normally, and the pressure between the rollers should not be appropriate. If it is too large, the water entering the mill should not be too high.
