Second, if the discharge is blocked, it is easy to damage the motor. If the blockage occurs, the roller should be returned immediately and dredged in time;

Third, if there are foreign objects in the feed valve, the roller should be withdrawn before trying to remove the foreign objects. During operation, if foreign objects are transferred to the grinding area, the machine should be stopped and then removed to avoid personal accidents.

Fourth, the tension of the roller protection spring must be appropriate. The specifications of the safety pin or safety washer should not be increased arbitrarily to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

Fifthly, during the running process, the minimum limit device of the rolling distance shall not be adjusted at will to ensure the grinding effect and protect the grinding roller.

Sixth, after overhauling, scattered materials should be concentrated in one place, after magnetic separation, sieve before returning to the machine, to prevent impurities from damaging the equipment.
