The mill is generally composed of five parts, of which the structure is complex and more important are the feeding structure and the pitch-adjusting mechanism,

------Grinding roller and its working state:

The grinding roller is the main working part of the mill. The fast and slow rollers rotate at the working speed, but the distance between the two rollers is significantly larger than the rolling distance and no feed is called the waiting state. When the fast and slow rollers grind the material, it is called the working state.

------The feeding mechanism is an important part of the mill, the main functions are:

1. Stabilize the incoming flow, and automatically adjust the incoming flow within a certain range according to the incoming materials, to maintain the continuity of production,

2. Make the material evenly distributed over the entire length of the grinding roller, fully exert the role of the grinding roller;

3. Feed the materials into the grinding area accurately to improve the output and ensure the grinding effect;

------Roll pitch adjustment structure is the main operating mechanism of the mill, its main functions are:

1. Complete the closing and closing of the grinding roller;

2. The rolling distance of the grinding roller can be adjusted conveniently and accurately.

------The rotating mechanism usually has two parts: one part is to drive the grinding roller and the feeding roller, generally using a belt to rotate, and the other part is set between the fast and slow rollers to maintain an accurate and stable rotation ratio between the two rollers. So this part is also called fixed speed structure.

      ------The function of the grinding roller cleaning mechanism is to clean the adhesion on the roller surface, keep the normal state of the roller surface, and ensure the grinding effect.
