One. Always check the bearing temperature. If the temperature is too high, check whether the lubrication and rotating parts are normal and the rolling distance is too tight.

two. After starting the machine, you should always check the pneumatic components, air lines and joints in the air circuit for leaks or damage. At the same time, you must always check whether the air supply pressure meets the requirements.

three. Check the feeding mechanism, grinding roller cleaning device, hopper and discharge condition at any time during the work. The feeding sensor mechanism should be flexible and accurate, and often remove the accumulated powder in the cleaning brush to ensure its normal operation. Check the material storage in the collection hopper at any time to ensure smooth discharge and prevent blockage.
