Flour packaging is the last working step of the flour road, and whether its operation is normal will also affect the stability of product quality. There are three main packaging technology methods, one is continuous packaging technology, the other is centralized packaging technology, and the third is small packaging technology.
The continuous packaging process is generally applied to the powder road without powder. During the operation of the powder road, the packaging process must also run continuously. All the flour produced in the milling process is packaged. The working flow of the packaging process is the same as the flour output .
In the powder road with powder matching means, the centralized packaging process is usually adopted, that is, in the case of continuous operation of the milling process, because there is a powder storage bin to store flour, the packaging process is only arranged to run 8 to 12 hours per day. The working flow is about three times that of the flour output when the milling process is continuously running.
At present, the general packaging form of flour in China is bag-type packaging. Double-layer plastic woven bags or cloth bags are used as packaging materials. The net weight of a bag of flour is generally 22.5 or 25 kg. When continuous packaging technology or centralized packaging technology is used, a general packaging form is generally used.
According to market demand, small packages are sometimes used. The materials of small packages are generally food plastic bags, double paper bags or double plastic woven bags. The net weight of a bag of powder is 2, 3, 5, 10 kg. . Because only a part of the flour produced is generally selected for small packaging, the running time of the small packaging process is uncertain, and the working flow of the packaging equipment is generally less than the flour output.
