Combination principle of powder

According to the nature of the material and the preparation of the front-line grinding and sieving equipment, the material combination entering the powder cleaner should follow the following principles:

Corn grits from each skin mill should be treated separately;

Honed materials should be cleaned separately;

Coarse, fine corn kernels or coarse flours can be treated in the same combination, but corn kernels and coarse flours cannot be combined into clear flours.

The materials proposed by the middle road and the rear road cannot be merged with the front road materials, even if the granularity is the same, they should be processed separately;

When the number of powder cleaners is small, the corn grits and thickness corn kernels extracted from the front skin mill should be considered first, followed by the front skin honing materials and the middle skin skin mill. If the number of cleaning machines is sufficient, all materials sent to the heart mill should be cleaned.
