At present, electronic automatic scales are generally used as measuring equipment. The weight of the weighing bucket and the material in the bucket is converted into electrical signals by electronic components and controlled and managed by the microprocessor. Directly display the weighing time of each scale and the cumulative amount of materials within a specified time, and use the weighing time and weighing weight to perform simple calculations to obtain the accurate value of the current flow. Usually this information will also be sent to the main computer in the central control room for the evaluation and management of production effects.

The automatic scale is an intermittent working device, and the feeding and discharging are also intermittent. In order to avoid excessive fluctuations in the working flow of subsequent equipment, such automatic scales usually have small weighing values and high working frequencies.
