When the working flow is small, no matching is required or the accuracy is not high, the vibration feeder can be used to control the flow.

The shape of the vibration feeder is mainly composed of a vibration tank, a flow regulating door, a vibration motor and a frame. The device is small and easy to install.

The vibration tank supported by the rubber pad is soft-coupled with the warehouse outlet and the feeding tube. It is a free vibration system with a certain damping. Two vibration motors installed obliquely below the tank push the tank to generate vibration. Make the material in the tank flow to the outlet uniformly and stably. The flow regulating door can roughly adjust the size of the flow. The amplitude can be changed by changing the installation angle of the vibrating motor's weighting block. When the amplitude is larger, the conveying flow is larger.

The vibration feeder is simple, easy to install, and low in cost; the disadvantage is that it cannot directly understand the magnitude of the passing flow and the control accuracy is low.
